Welcome to DreamCoach. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DreamCoach mobile application and related services ("App"), operated by DreamCoach Ltd ("DreamCoach", "we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

DreamCoach is a personal development and productivity platform designed to help users build positive habits, track goals, complete focus sessions, and improve motivation through gamified coaching features.

DreamCoach is not a medical, psychological, or emergency service.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required in your country, to use DreamCoach.

If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details secure
• Ensuring information provided is accurate
• All activity that occurs under your account

You agree not to share your account with others.

You agree not to:

• Use DreamCoach for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to hack or interfere with the App
• Upload malicious software
• Impersonate another person
• Abuse, harass or threaten other users
• Reverse engineer or copy the App without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

You retain ownership of any goals, notes, journal entries or other content you create.

By using DreamCoach, you grant us permission to store and process this information solely for providing the service.

Some DreamCoach features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions:

• Renew automatically unless cancelled
• Are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play where applicable
• Can be cancelled through your device's subscription settings

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform through which you purchased your subscription.

DreamCoach, including its name, logo, branding, software, graphics, content, and design, is owned by DreamCoach Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute or reproduce any part of the App without written permission.

We aim to keep DreamCoach available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may update, modify or discontinue features at any time.

DreamCoach provides motivational and productivity tools only. The App does not provide:

• Medical advice
• Mental health treatment
• Counselling
• Therapy
• Financial advice
• Legal advice

Always seek qualified professional advice where appropriate. If you believe you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamCoach Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Interruption of business
• Decisions made using information within the App

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DreamCoach during the previous 12 months.

You may stop using DreamCoach at any time. You may also delete your account using the in-app account deletion feature.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Your use of DreamCoach is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify users within the App where appropriate.

Continued use of DreamCoach after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
